Game Night Date Night

Coming up with date night ideas can be tricky at times, but a tried-and-true Calgary option is going to the hockey game. It’s fun for both boys and girls plus there’s beer involved. That’s make it a win already (and a bonus if the home team can do the same on ice).  I recently took in a Calgary Flames game with my boyfriend J. While it’s unfortunate that we don’t root for the same team (He’s a Leafs fan. I know, I know.) it has become a tradition for us to attend the annual Toronto-Calgary contest and cheer on our respective teams. This time around, my beloved Flames won. We capped off the night with a late evening run to Towa Sushi in Mission for some giant, delectable sushi rolls. I think we both won out in the end.
