Find your Nama-Stay with Le Germain Hotels
Travelling can leave you tired and exhausted after running through airports, sitting in cramped seats and enduring long meetings. Finding ways to unwind is necessary. Le Germain Hotels have put together a healthy way to help its guests relax and rejuvenate with Nama-stay, their cool new series of yoga videos. The yoga series can be done in your hotel room, at the office or even at home. They are geared towards the working professional on-the-go with stretches and poses to start your day, chair yoga for the office, and even a yoga for jet lag video.
All the Le Germain hotels now have Lululemon mats available at their front desks to borrow and even iPads if you need a device to watch the videos on. I visited Calgary’s Le Germain for a morning yoga session with the creator and yoga instructor of the video series, Virginie Duval. A group of us were taken through her session for increasing your energy level. It was a great way to start my morning! I work a 9-5 desk job that has me hunched over a computer all day so I do not stretch and open up my body enough to it’s natural state. I do not consider myself a yogi or even yoga enthusiast by any means. But I found the yoga steps easy to follow, good on the body and relaxing for the mind. Virginie has a wonderful positive spirit that makes it enjoyable to follow and learn from her.
Check out the Le Germain yoga videos on their blog and find your zen the next time you’re on the road or need to destress at home. Namaste!
