Find Your Mindful Collective

your-mindful-collective

Life is pretty busy and hectic so it can be pretty hard to find time for yourself sometimes. Between working a full-time job, cooking, cleaning, laundry, family, friends, blogging and more, I have no idea where my time goes! It’s just a continuous stream of go-go-go.

My friend Noelle felt similarly with with her busy life as a stay-at-home mom of 3 kids. She wanted to find her own personal outlet outside of parenthood and came up with Your Mindful Collective, a website for personal growth for people on the go. Sounds right up my alley!

The site features weekly missions and activities to help you with your mind, body, and spirit. There’s yoga, meditation, exercise, nutrition, and guest blogs about the weekly themes on hand. I was very honored to write a guest blog for Your Mindful Collective on the topic of citizenship and what it means to me.

Here’s a quick except from my guest post:

I struggle with my citizenship just like anyone else would. “Am I doing enough” or “Am I doing the right things,” constantly runs through my mind.  But for me, I know I want to give more and participate more in our community. That’s why I set up some life resolutions at the beginning of this year that includes growing my financial philanthropy and donating more money to the charities I’m invested in. This has all been months in the works for me, so don’t worry about doing your actions right now. Just reading this blog post and thinking about what you can do is a step in the right direction.

Check out my full guest post on Your Mindful Collective and follow along with their weekly missions to find your personal fulfilment.
